The Bently Nevada 200150-21-05 is a general-purpose, case mounted piezoelectric accelerometer designed primarily for the Trendmaster 2000 and Trendmaster Pro condition monitoring systems. It accurately tracks machine casing vibrations by translating mechanical stress into a differential voltage signal. The 20015x Accelerometers are general purpose, wide, frequency, case-mounted seismic transducers designed for use with Trendmaster ProTIMs. The 200150 Accelerometer also operates with the Trendmaster 2000 system. The accelerometer interfaces with the 200100 Dual Acceleration to Velocity flexiTIM Module and the 89130-01 Acceleration-to-Velocity TIM, as well as the 1900/25 and 1900/27 monitors.

A:When screwing the accelerometer onto its hex plate stud, you must apply a torque of 2.7 to 6.8 N·m (2 to 5 ft·lbf). Over-tightening will damage the inner ceramic sensor element, while under-tightening distorts high-frequency vibration readouts.

Q:Can I use magnetic mounts or adhesives?
A:Yes, but with performance trade-offs. Using quick magnetic bases or structural adhesives will naturally attenuate high-frequency vibration signals. For the highest possible accuracy across its entire 1 kHz range, a solid, flat, thread-mounted installation is heavily recommended.
