Product Description:

The 190501-15-00-CN belongs to Bently Nevada's Velomitor CT low-frequency casing vibration velocity sensor series (CT stands for Cooling Tower). It is a casing vibration monitoring sensor designed specifically for low-speed rotating machinery (such as large cooling tower fans, air-cooled fans, and air-cooled island units), capable of accurately capturing the vibration amplitude of equipment casings at speeds as low as 90 rpm and above.

Power Generation: Used on large-scale cooling infrastructure supporting thermal or nuclear power plants.
Chemical Processing Plants: Applied to heat management equipment exposed to volatile or corrosive chemistry.

A:The sensor must be securely fixed to a flat, 33 mm diameter mounting surface. It must be tightened precisely to 4.5 N-m ± 0.6 N-m (40 in-lbf ± 5 in-lbf). Undertightening will cause signal loss at higher frequencies, while overtightening risks cracking the internal crystal stack.
