Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 177230-02-01-CN is a loop-powered seismic transmitter paired with the 16710-16 armored interconnect cable, primarily targeted at general-purpose, non-critical, or balance-of-plant rotating machinery. The 177230 Seismic Transmitter is a simple, loop-powered device that can be quickly and easily installed. It can be integrated into your programmable logic controller (PLC) or controls system linked to a plant asset condition monitoring solution.

Electric Motors & Small Pumps: Tracks overall structural looseness, unbalance, and initial bearing degradation on standard utility pumps and drive motors.
Centrifugal & Axial Fans / Blowers: Monitors continuous vibration levels on large industrial ventilation units, cooling towers, and exhaust air systems.
Air & Gas Compressors: Oversees general-purpose plant air supply units and auxiliary gas-boosting compressors.
Power Generation Auxiliaries: Deployed on non-critical power plant infrastructure, such as water feed pumps, draft fans, and secondary coal mill machinery.
