Product Description:
The XMTC-62-11-0 is a microprocessor-based thermal conductivity transmitter used for continuous measurement of binary gas mixtures containing hydrogen, carbon dioxide, methane, or helium. It provides a linear 4–20 mA output signal proportional to gas concentration and supports RS232 or RS485 digital communication for integration with industrial monitoring systems. The unit is supplied in an explosion-proof enclosure with a sealed reference gas chamber and operates from a 24 VDC power source.

The transmitter uses glass-coated thermistors and a temperature-controlled sensing chamber to maintain stable gas analysis under varying operating conditions. Its measurement system includes a heated sensor chamber, sealed reference gas section, and configurable sampling arrangement suitable for installations in power generation, chemical processing, and industrial gas handling applications.
