General Electric Multilin’s UR7KH is a Communications Module for installation in the Universal Relays series. It enables interrelay communication with other UR units, replacing traditional copper hardwiring that is particularly expensive.
This version of the module offers the relay two communication channels, both 1300 nm, single-mode, LASER channels.The communication channels delivered by the module allow information to be transferred quickly and securely. The relay is capable of monitoring the system’s channels and checking for system health.
