The IS210AEDBH4A is a PCB component created by General Electric to fit into the Mark VI system. Designed to be a part of the Speedtronic line, the Mark VI is a management platform for steam or gas heavy-duty turbines and can be built as either a triple modular redundant or as a simplex system depending on the complexity and needs of the associated turbines. Speedtronic systems have been designed to increase the reliability and thus the efficiency of the turbines they manage.

The IS210AEDBH4A is a Bridge Interface card. The PCB is a double-sided card with components located on both sides of the board. This includes capacitors, diodes, resistors, transistors, and transformer components. Transformers are Bicron encapsulated switch mode and pulse models that are designed for high-frequency switching applications. The B9718 transformers located on this board have a switching frequency of 10KHz-500KHz with a BIL rating of 12KV-15KV.
