The GE Fanuc IC693MDL230 module is an isolated input module manufactured as part of Series 90-30. It has a 120 Volts AC voltage rating and is designed to work with the GE Fanuc Series 90-30 Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system. The module comes with one common power input terminal that provides power for all 8 of the input points. All the points are isolated, and the input circuits are reactive inputs. With its input characteristics, this module is compatible with various input devices. For instance, the users can run this module by using pushbuttons, limit switches, or electronic proximity switches. However, the users must supply the external power source for the module to be able to operate these devices. This module uses the AC power because DC sources of power do not work with it.
